To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a current employee of one of the participating employers
- Provide proof of employment during the application process
- Complete the application and lease approval process
- Meet all standard rental qualification requirements
What can be used as proof of employment?
Acceptable forms of verification may include:
- Recent pay stub
- Offer letter
- Employer verification letter
